Sleeping at work won't match curling up in your bed with the shades drawn. But do your best to create an environment that is quiet and dark. If you don't have a couch or chair, try sleeping on the floor (a yoga mat, pillow, and blanket can be stashed behind your desk). Put on some eye shades and calming music and say goodnight.
