2009-2010 Luxury Goods National Salary Budget

This year's survey contains salary budget data from over 40 luxury goods organizations in the United States and Canada. The survey reports on projected salary budget and salary structure increases for 2009 and 2010. It will also capture high level data related to the current economy (wage freeze, hiring freeze, etc.). Includes information regarding variable pay practices for the following 4 job groups:
