The Community Engagement and Outreach Specialist serves as a bridge for 311 and its various Partner Portal Stakeholders to ensure the highest level of usefulness and efficiency of processes, reports, systems and work flows.

The Community Engagement and Outreach Specialist possesses keen knowledge of community engagement operations and collaborates with various internal and external business partners and conducts research to help define the next generation of business concepts and solutions.   The person who serves in this position prioritizes new and existing initiatives to ensure effective service delivery aligned with 311’s and the City’s strategic direction.

The Seattle Police Department is seeking an experienced Community Engagement & Outreach Specialist to serve the Chinatown/International District.  This is a temporary position charged with developing and implementing the Public Safety Action Plan for the community.

Under the direction and supervision of the Chief Marketing Officer, the Community Engagement and Outreach Specialist will assist in the planning and execution of Arizona Public Media (AZPM) community events, promotions, and partnerships.

The Community Engagemment & Outreach Specialist will work closely with the Marketing Specialist, Social Media Editor, Graphic Designer, and members of the underwriting and web team to execute event promotion, partnerships, and station initiatives.
