We are currently seeking a Business Systems Support Assistant to join our Business Systems team.
The Business Systems Team (BST) consists of a Head of Business Systems; four systems analysts, three developers, two technical leads and two Project Accountants.
The team sits independently between IT and Accounts, working closely with both departments with ownership of the firm's key business systems including; PMS - Aderant Expert, Reporting & Budgeting and the Intapp suite of products as well as integrations between all of the firm’s systems.
The team leads innovations around the utilisation of systems, best practice and develops bespoke solutions to support business needs.
This position will suit an individual with proven experience in delivering a high customer service to PMS users, investigating issues logged through the support call logging software.
