While other duties may be assigned by an ATM manager, the majority of a Technician’s job entails in dealing with service calls to ensure ATMs are up and running at all times.
In order to work as an ATM Service Technician, background checks will need to be run.
A technician will be working with a variety of tools, in order to get inside of the ATM.
Knowledge of various ATM systems including NCR, Wincor, Fujitsu, and Diebold should be a priority, thus allowing a technician to work on any system that may be encountered throughout the work day.
