The post holder will play a key role in the management of the Charity’s central functions undertaking duties across the full range of Office Administration, HR and Finance activities.
In addition the post holder is responsible for the smooth running of the office and with the assistance of an Office Administration Assistant and overseeing day to day processes ranging from attendance recording and meeting room booking to health and safety.
Under the direction of the Director of Operations, you will have responsibility to manager various aspects of the office operations, including building facilities, office supplies, records management, Crisis Management, facilities Audits, respond to staff for office services support, administer general office services, and implement facility projects and tasks.
