Your role
An opportunity for a Human Resources Advisor has become available to work in our Supply Chain and Operations team. Reporting to the Senior Human Resources Business Partner, you will provide advice and support to a range of stakeholders on people related matters, and support HR functions, business projects and improvements to add value to the HR function and business operations.
Key responsibilities include:
Provide support for recruitment including writing job descriptions, job advertisments, conducting phone screening, interviews, reference checks and assist with onboarding and induction of new employees.
Support HR project work and best practice
Review process for optimisation
Support HRBP with stakeholder management
Support policy reviews and update in line with award changes
Support analytics review across reward & recognition, recruitment and business priorities.
Provide administrative assistance to the HR team, maintaining rigour in our documents and files
Provide sound advice to employees in line with our policies and procedures
Support HR team on learning & development, talent management and performance management requirements
Deal with and resolve routine enquiries or redirect to the appropriate team member
Assist in team project work as directed
What you'll bring:
You will be passionate and driven, with a motivation to learn, grow and build on your current experience. You will have:
Customer service experience and drive to put our people first
Understanding of recruitment and onboarding process
Proactivity, excellent organisational skills and high level of attention to detail
Knowledge across HR Administration and HR functions
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
Autonomy and the flexibility to change priorities at short notice and deliver excellent hands-on work
