About the Organisation:

The Real Estate Institute of Queensland (REIQ) is the peak industry body for real estate agents and property professionals in Queensland. The REIQ is at the forefront of providing training, advocacy and advice for Queensland’s real estate professionals.


About the Role:

Whilst this is a trainer role, we are on the lookout for a passionate and experienced real estate professional that is excited about giving back to the industry and wants to make the switch to becoming a trainer and assessor.


Whilst formal training experience and qualifications are preferred for the right individual The REIQ will support you to obtain the relevant skills and qualifications to perform in the role.


Responsibilities:

  • Providing theory and practical Training and Assessment to students through virtual classroom sessions.
  • Assessing a range of students using a variety of methods to determine whether they reach competency criteria.
  • Deliver engaging workshops face-to-face and virtually/online.
  • Using your administrative and organisational skills to prepare your workshops, communicate with students, and maintain the student portal.


To be successful you will have:

  • Solid experience and understanding of the real estate sector.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or willingness to obtain.
  • Strong communicator with confidence in delivering nationally recognised courses.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Valid drivers license.
