Your Key Responsibilities as a Workshop Coordinator:
- Lead and motivate your team to achieve safety and operational excellence.
- Coordinate resources to meet project deadlines and ensure quality control.
- Oversee daily workshop operations, including pre-start meetings and monthly inspections.
- Provide on-the-job training, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Liaise with the maintenance team to adapt and improve the scope of work.
- Ensure workshop safety and compliance with all company procedures.
