Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced FRP Supervisor to lead our FRP and concrete projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supervising FRP installations and concrete work, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage FRP and concrete projects from start to finish.
• Oversee daily operations, including scheduling and coordinating tasks with team members.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
• Inspect work sites and materials to guarantee compliance with specifications and regulations.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during projects.
• Communicate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in FRP and concrete supervision.
• Strong understanding of FRP materials and concrete processes.
• Excellent leadership and organisational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Relevant certifications and safety training are preferred.
