About The Team

Social Infrastructure & Citizen Services delivers the critical thinking, building, maintenance and sustainment behind Australia and New Zealand’s essential public assets, facilities and community services. As a Test Manager, you're the driving force behind quality assurance. You meticulously design and develop test cases, execute tests with precision, and deliver clear reports on outcomes. Your expertise extends to ensuring traceability between tests and requirements, and you adeptly manage queries within ALM tools to extract essential coverage and results

To Succeed In This Endeavour, You Will

• Proficient in all aspects of test lifecycle: designing and developing test cases, executing tests, and reporting on outcomes.
• Skilled in ensuring traceability between tests and requirements, and adept at managing queries in ALM tools.
• Demonstrated ability to formulate and communicate recommendations for enhancing test outcomes.
• Strong interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationships with team members and stakeholders.
• Effective task prioritization in fast-paced project environments with limited resources.

Our work is highly complex and confidential, so there are some things you must have to fulfil this role:

• Significant experience in a similar role, preferably within a professional services firm or the Defence industry.
• Demonstrated expertise in testing and evaluating environments.
• Possesses a high level of autonomy, demonstrating the ability to independently handle various aspects of the role, including problem-solving and decision-making processes.
• Strong communication skills, both in written and verbal form.
• You must hold a current NV2 security clearance or higher.
