Family Lawyer

Eliza Legal, a dynamic and progressive and growing family law firm in Mount Eliza, is seeking a Family Lawyer to join our close-knit team. Our firm is built on integrity, empathy, and dedication to delivering practical, client-focused solutions. If you’re a seasoned family law expert who thrives on helping families navigate complex legal matters, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise and represent clients in complex family law cases.
• Negotiations, mediations, and court appearances.
• Provide mentoring and leadership within the firm.
• Foster strong client relationships, maintaining professionalism and empathy throughout.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in family law.
• Strong ethical and moral compass. 
• Take pride in offering a high level of service to clients.
• Excellent communication and drafting skills including complex matters.
• Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, particularly in high-conflict situations.
• The ability to take ownership of the role and make it your own.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a passion for mentorship.
• The ability to think critically and work methodically.
• Exceptional attention to detail.

Competitive Remuneration

We offer competitive salary packages ranging from $110,000 to $150,000, based on your experience and expertise.
