THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly organised, efficient and dedicated Project Administrator to assist with the delivery of projects within our fast-paced organisation. This is a permanent full time position based at our South Brisbane office.


Your main responsibilities for this support role include setting up projects, managing costing data sheets, project costings, invoices, updating risk registers and relevant project documentation, reviewing timesheets, generating and distributing reports and financial tracking. This will be a key role to assist the engineering team with their day to day administrative duties as you facilitate regular project meetings and provide status updates to relevant stakeholders.


Our ideal candidate will have a high level of attention to detail with previous experience working in a busy, fast paced environment.


ABOUT YOU

  • 3- 5 years’ experience working as a project administrator/coordinator or similar essential
  • Diploma in Project Management or equivalent qualification desirable
  • Proven experience multitasking and meeting deadlines in a busy, customer focused environment
  • Technically savvy with advanced Microsoft excel skills essential
  • Pronto XI system experience for project activities including managing timesheet records, project finances and project activities highly desirable
