GlamSteals, a premium women’s lifestyle e-commerce brand, is looking for a creative Instagram Marketing Specialist to join our team!

Location: Melbourne, Australia

Employment Type: Part-time (up to 24 hours per week) or Full-time (38 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities:

• Instagram Content Creation: Develop, plan, and execute engaging posts, stories, and reels to reflect GlamSteals' luxury identity and drive brand engagement.
• Photography & Photo Editing: Capture and edit high-quality product images using tools like Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom to maintain consistent aesthetics.
• Reels & Video Content: Ideate, shoot, and edit short-form videos to highlight product features, exclusive deals, and lifestyle elements.
• Graphic Design: Design eye-catching social media creatives using Adobe Illustrator for Instagram campaigns, product launches, and promotions.
• Social Media Analytics: Monitor Instagram performance metrics, track campaign success, and optimize strategies to increase reach and engagement.
• Trend Integration: Stay updated with Instagram trends and creatively integrate them into campaigns to keep the brand relevant and exciting.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience managing Instagram for fashion, lifestyle, or luxury brands.
• Photography and videography skills with expertise in editing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and other graphic design tools.
• Strong creative vision, with attention to detail and storytelling abilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Experience with social media metrics and analytics tools is a plus.
