The Position
Step into a pivotal role as a Sales Executive where you’ll be at the forefront of Australia’s landmark developments, including the following pipeline of upcoming project launches with up to $3b of sales forecasted over the next 12-24 months:
- Elysium Fields Docklands: A stunning project featuring approximately 1,200 apartments.
- Jam Factory Melbourne: A fresh take on Chapel Street, redefining the local landscape.
- 424 St Kilda Road: A luxury development with up to 180 opulent residences.
- Burnley Street, Richmond: A dynamic mixed-use precinct.
- Kent Street, Sydney: Introducing ultra-luxury living in the heart of Sydney.
- CBD, Adelaide: A transformative billion-dollar development in one of Australia's cultural epicentres.
Working closely with our General Manager and our high-performing record-breaking sales team, you will drive the sales of all GURNER™ projects. We offer a competitive remuneration package with substantial earning potential for the right candidate.
In this position, you’ll develop comprehensive sales and project launch strategies, coordinate VIP events in partnership with our Marketing team, and manage customer enquiries while delivering sales presentations. As a key liaison between GURNER™ and our Retail and Channel partners, you will ensure a seamless and successful sales workflow with professionalism and confidence.
Key Responsibilities
- Enquiry Management: Oversee and manage enquiries from both Retail and Channel partners, providing timely responses and solutions to ensure a seamless customer experience and positive brand representation.
- Sales Presentations & Closing: Deliver sales presentations to prospective clients and partners, effectively conveying the value proposition of GURNER™ projects and driving successful sales outcomes. Represent the GURNER™ brand with professionalism and confidence in all interactions.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage and communicate effectively with key internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the smooth execution of business priorities. Ensure that all relevant parties are aligned and informed to support project and sales success.
- Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with internal team members, sales channel and retail partners. Leverage these relationships to foster collaboration, support mutual success, and enhance GURNER™’s market presence and reputation.

The Successful Candidate
We are looking for someone with the following skills and experience:
- 2 years’ experience as a Sales Executive within the property industry with proven success.
- Luxury residential experience looked upon favourably
- Confident speaker with experience presenting to large groups
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders both internal and external
- Keen attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Flexibility with local and interstate travel, as well as evening and weekend work.
- Ability to work with varying seniority levels, including the wider sales team and external stakeholders.
