Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain accurate Resident Billing records.
• Process resident billing and handle various fees and charges.
• Manage receipts and address billing queries.
• Finalize accounts, process refunds, and assist with compliance and audits.
• Lead process improvements and support team training.
