Our cafes are a Melbourne staple when it comes to French quality products with a 30 years history around our beautiful cakes, scrumptious pastries and mouth watering sandwiches and croques.

Our company is growing and with it comes new and exciting opportunities for an experienced Store Manager in various locations across the south-eastern to north-eastern suburbs of Melbourne.

 

About the Role


As a Store Manager you will be super hands-on (with your team) leading the team to success. You will thrive in a fast-paced hands-on role supported by a passionate and high performing team who are excited to sell the Laurent brand.


Your roster will be flexible with rotation across all shifts and weekends to get to know the team. Work on some public holidays is also required.

 

Key Responsibilities


As Store Manager, your key responsibilities will include working collaboratively with the Retail Operations Team to achieve your store and the company’s objectives. You and your team will drive sales week on week to achieve your budgets, while at the same time providing an exceptional customer experience.


You will split your time between hands on retail work in store and managerial administrative duties including managing wages, budgets and controlling costs.


What you will bring


  • Hands on and strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success
  • Experience in delivering and maintaining the highest standard in branding to our lovely customers
  • Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management
  • Ability to achieve sales, wages and shrinkage budgets
  • Previous Store Manager experience is required
  • Experienced in preparing monthly rosters and administration duties
  • Proven ability in driving sales and achieving KPI'S & budgets
  • High personal standards in providing superior customer service
  • Maintain a harmonious working environment within your team and other stores of our Network
  • Previous experience in hospitality or food & beverage industry is a plus
