We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Podiatrist, the ideal candidate will be passionate about helping patients overcome foot and lower limb ailments, providing expert diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing care.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough assessments of patients' foot health, including biomechanical analysis and gait assessment
Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to patients' needs, incorporating a range of interventions such as orthotics, footwear advice, and exercise programs
Perform routine foot care procedures, including nail care, callus reduction, and wound management
Educate patients on foot health, preventive care strategies, and self-management techniques
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with regulatory standards
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Podiatry from an accredited institution
Current registration with the Podiatry Board of Australia
Demonstrated clinical experience in podiatric assessment, diagnosis, and treatment
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients from diverse backgrounds
Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying abreast of advancements in podiatric care
