Job Description

As a Delivery Lead at Montu you will work with our engineering teams and stakeholders to ensure the smooth functioning of technical operations and delivery of engineering projects. This includes analysing requirements, breaking down Initiatives into Epics and Stories, defining the release plan, providing project updates, identifying risks and developing work schedules. Whilst, you will not have any direct reports, you will monitor and evaluate the performance of Software Engineers, provide coaching and mentoring, set goals and ensure delivery and performance are aligned with internal standards and expectations.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of marketing, awareness, growth projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and support, in alignment with the project objectives and business goals.
  • Work with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and operations, to ensure that the project development is aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain project plans and ensure that the project deliverables are completed on time, to the required scope and quality.
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
  • Communicate project status, progress, and issues to the executive team, stakeholders, and other teams across the organisation.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in leading end-to-end digital & marketing projects.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience delivering projects within an agile environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence and manage multiple stakeholders with competing needs and priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience in managing projects from initiation to closure, including planning, execution, monitoring, and control.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks effectively.
