Job Purpose
The HR Officer will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. This role is integral in promoting a positive workplace culture and supporting our employees' growth and well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Manage employee records and ensure data accuracy in the HR system.
- Provide guidance on HR policies and resolve employee relations issues.
- Coordinate training and development programs to support employee growth.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Support payroll and benefits administration.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and practices.
Qualifications And Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
