Role
We're seeking a dynamic
Executive Coordinator, internally referred to as a
People and Culture Coordinator, to work closely with our Executive General Manager (EGM) – People and Culture. The primary responsibility of this role is to optimise the EGM's time so that they can effectively support our people. This position is essential for providing high-level administrative support to the EGM, including anticipating needs and managing tasks with precision. In addition, you will:
- Provide scheduling and time management support (diary management)
- Facilitate the process of all expense claims, invoice payments, and credit card reconciliation
- Maintain professional and effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- Deliver exceptional customer service
This role includes managing the dedicated uniform inbox and coordinating key projects of the Uniform Program, as well as supporting the administration component of the RFDS uniforms.
Who are we looking for?
You are an outstanding communicator with exceptional organisational skills, an unwavering attention to detail, and the ability to influence and work with all levels, including Executive and Senior Management. Your strong oral and written communication skills and stakeholder engagement abilities set you apart. Your excellent organisational and time management skills, along with proficiency in using Microsoft Suite programs, demonstrate your ability to establish priorities, manage workloads, and adapt to changing circumstances.
