Located across from the beach and surf with a resort-style atmosphere, we aim to offer diners indulgent sweet-tooth options and substantial Instagram-worthy selection of brunch items, coffee, and drinks from 8am to 2pm daily.

Must be available Wednesday - Sunday 7:30am - 2:30pm

To qualify for the position you will need the following skills and attributes.

• Latte Art Skills: Expert-level latte art skills are required, including intricate designs like ferns, tulips, and hearts.
• Communication: Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to engage positively with patrons.
• Passion: A genuine love for coffee and an enthusiasm that inspires others.
• Beverage Preparation: Familiarity with various coffee brewing techniques, including specialty drinks like matcha lattes, beetroot lattes, blue spirulina lattes, turmeric lattes, and brewed chia beverages.
• Equipment Operation: Thorough knowledge of coffee equipment and proper sanitisation procedures. Maintaining an impeccably clean workspace.
• Attention to Detail: Proficiency in precisely following instructions to ensure consistent quality.
• Performance Under Pressure: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment without compromising on friendliness or customer service.
• Integrity: We value honesty and caring for all team members.
• Teamwork: Effective collaboration skills and a commitment to the wider team’s success.
• Long-Term Commitment: Willingness to grow within the role for at least one year.

Pay: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 45 per week
