As the People & Culture Manager, you will work closely with the Director of People & Culture on all people programs across the company including performance management, employee engagement, compensation, onboarding & offboarding and learning and development. This role will directly report to the Director of People & Culture.

What you will do:

Leadership:

  • Offer thought leadership regarding organizational and people-related strategy and execution
  • Educate, coach, and partner with leaders on performance management and employee development goals
  • Provide people expertise in the areas of feedback, employee relations, development and coaching, compensation, organizational development, onboarding orientation
  • Build and maintain relationships between the various stakeholders and the people department to create awareness and understanding of the corporate culture and people strategies


People Programs:

  • Partner with the Director of People & Culture to develop and implement effective people programs, practices, and policies that will support the strategic growth of the business
  • Facilitate learning and development programs for employees of various levels as required to achieve continuous improvement objectives
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition (TA) team and perform full-cycle recruiting within your region.


Requirements

We want you to succeed, so you will need:

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to drive and influence change
  • Proven experience in people and culture policy/program development and rollout
  • Experience handling sensitive employee relations situations
  • Strong understanding of local legislation and practices
  • Effective written and verbal communication in one-on-one or group settings
  • Ability to manage competing deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficiency with MS office/GSuite tools
  • Adept at addressing sensitive and confidential people issues with tact and discretion
  • Excellent judgment, analytical and problem-solving skills


Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or related field
  • 5 years' experience in human resources
