The Role
We are looking for a dedicated Policy Research Analyst to play a crucial part in delivering top-notch analysis, program evaluations, financial modelling, and research to support our clients Policy team's goals. You will provide insightful business advice to both internal and external stakeholders and independently manage small-scale projects.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct detailed business, financial, and economic analysis and modelling to support our objectives.
Perform research to identify best practices and trends, offering informed advice and recommendations for team planning and project development.
Assist in crafting business cases and funding submissions.
Generate and present business statistics and information.
Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to internal stakeholders.
Identify and address information gaps proactively.
Independently manage and deliver small-scale projects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate effective consultation and collaboration.
Preferred Experience
While not mandatory, experience in Government, Infrastructure, or Housing sectors is highly desirable.
Skills Required
Strong report writing and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent self-management and research abilities.
