Due to a high demand for experienced FIFO Chefs and the increasing need for skilled staff within the Industry, Hays is seeking experienced and qualified Chefs to join a challenging and fast-paced environment to deliver high-quality, high-volume dining service.

Your new role

As a qualified Chef, you will be responsible for the daily kitchen operations and quality food preparation, including menu development and serving of meals.

Key Responsibilities Include (but Are Not Limited To)

• Ensure efficient preparation and delivery of meal services
• Operate large-volume commercial cooking equipment
• Food preparation and quality control
• Maintain a clean & sanitised kitchen
• Support stock management initiatives
  
  

What You'll Need To Succeed

• Currently located in Darwin, NT and has availability to start ASAP
• Previous experience in bulk catering/commercial cafeteria environment on an Australian mine site
