Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to join our team as Berry Harvest Workers. The role involves various tasks related to the cultivation, harvesting, and packaging of blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries. This is a great opportunity for those looking to gain experience in the agricultural sector and work in a dynamic outdoor setting.
Key Responsibilities
Harvesting blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries during the picking season
Sorting and packing berries for distribution
Assisting with irrigation and pest control
Performing general farm maintenance and cleaning tasks
Following health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
Qualifications
Previous experience in farming or agriculture is preferred but not required
Ability to perform physical labour and work outdoors in various weather conditions
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
