Join our dynamic team as the hotel maintenance manager, where youll take charge of all aspects of hotel maintenance, ensuring our venue remains in top condition for our guests and staff. Youll be responsible for:
Managing the upkeep of the building, plant and equipment.
Leading and mentoring our yard team to achieve high standards of work.
Project managing contractors for outsourced works.
Maintaining a safe and secure environment for everyone on-site.
Collaborating closely with the senior management team to enhance and improve the venue.
About You
Demonstrated experience in building maintenance and/or facilities management
Strong focus on maintaining high standards
Ability to work independently with exceptional time management skills
Australian work rights without restrictions
Trade skills or prior hotel property management experience is essential
