X74 Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled and talented chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Task & Responsibilities

• Assist Head Chef in creating and implementing menu items
• Assist Head Chef in managing food costs
• Coordinate kitchen staff
• Prepare and cook food, ensure food quality meets standards
• Manage inventory and supplies
• Maintain a clean kitchen environment
  
  

Qualification & Experience

• Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent, and Diploma of Hospitality Management or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in a faced paced commercial kitchen
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
