THE OPPORTUNITY
Our client is a distinguished leader in the security and emergency response services industry in Australia. With over 100 years of experience, they are renowned for their exceptional security solutions and dedicated service. They pride themselves on their long-standing commitment to safety and operational excellence, providing unparalleled security services to a diverse range of clients.
We are partnering with them to recruit a skilled Talent Acquisition personnel for an initial 3-month temporary role based in , with the potential for extension or permanent placement based on performance and business needs. This role will be reporting to the National Talent Acquisition Manager.
Let’s Talk About You
As the Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be instrumental in managing the organization’s recruitment efforts. A key aspect of this role will be fulfilling the hiring needs of stakeholders.
You Will Lead
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and interview methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Be agile and adaptable to ongoing changes and new processes introduced by the client.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Be agile and adaptable to ongoing changes and new processes introduced by the client
- Proficiency with HRIS software. Experience with WorkDay is a significant advantage.
- Understand the recruitment lifecycle from interviews to document collection and team coordination. Ability to assist and work alongside the existing team to find solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and efficiently in a volume recruitment setting.
- Ability to proactively source candidates, manage job ads, and engage directly with candidates via phone.
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
