Ad-Hoc Workflows
  • One-Off Basis: With JobArchitect you have the flexibility to send job descriptions for review to stakeholders outside of the assigned workflow.

  • Non-Users: Sending job descriptions to stakeholders who do not have access to JobArchitect is easy. Non-users receive an email with a secure token link, granting access to a simplified workflow to edit, adjust, and provide comments. The job description is then sent back to the administrator or next stakeholder in the workflow.
