We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Personal Trainer to join our team. As a Personal Trainer and Fitness Coach, you will work closely with clients to help them achieve their fitness goalsby; coaching small group classes designed to build strength, power and conditioning; create and coach customized exercise programs based on individual goals; and provide general lifestyle coaching and guidance to all clients.
Duties
Conduct basic fitness assessments to evaluate clients' current fitness level and develop personalized workout plans tailored to individual clients' needs and goals
Coach small group classes based on workouts provided for you by our head coach for a range of clients including youth ages 10 to adults
Demonstrate exercises and ensure clients perform them with correct form to prevent injuries
Motivate and inspire clients to stay committed to their fitness journey
Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle choices to support overall health and well-being
Monitor clients' progress and make adjustments to their fitness plans as needed, both for personal and small group training clients
Experience
Strong time management skills to effectively schedule client sessions
Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and provide clear instructions
Leadership qualities to inspire and guide clients towards their fitness goals
Ability to educate clients on proper exercise techniques and healthy living practices
A fitness or anatomy related degree and/or prior experience in athletics is beneficial
