Shop Foreman

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Shop Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in power tools, heavy lifting, and mechanical knowledge. If you have a passion for leading a team and ensuring efficient operations in a workshop environment, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day operations in the workshop and ensure shop is clean and organized
- Coordinate and assign tasks to mechanics and technicians
- Conduct quality checks on repairs and maintenance work
- Train new employees on shop procedures and safety protocols
- Maintain inventory of tools and equipment
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Troubleshoot technical issues as needed

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in motorsports repair or mechanical work
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to operate power tools and hand tools effectively
- Capable of heavy lifting and physical work
- Knowledge of shop operations and maintenance procedures

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 44 per week
