Facility Cleaner

Company Information: Action Aero Inc. is an Aero Space Company who specializes in the MRO of fuel, oil, and air related engine accessories installed on the PT6A, PT6T, PW100, JT15D and RR250 engines

Main Responsibilities: Action Aero currently has an opportunity for a Facility Cleaner. Your responsibilities would be to make sure the office and building space is well-maintained and clean of any dust or dirt. Additional duties would be to replenish toiletries and supplies, such as paper towels, tissues, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. Cleaning to adhere to a daily and weekly check list of tasks specifically designed for our business.

Core hours: 7:30 am – 4:00 pm or 8:00 am – 4:30pm Monday – Friday

Duties:

• Follow regular cleaning and maintenance schedules
• Wipe and sanitize windows, walls, doors and fixtures
• Thoroughly wash and sanitize bathroom facilities, including showers, toilets, mirrors and sinks.
• Regularly replace and restock amenities
• Remove all garbage
• Cleaning of floors
• Additional duties as required and needed

• Attention to detail
• Strong cleaning skills
• Adaptability and flexibility
• Ability to complete physically demanding tasks
• Able to work independently
• Integrity, reliability, and trustworthiness
• Previous work experience as a cleaning person is a definite asset.
• In addition, but not limited to, any additional duties that may be required depending on the ongoing business needs.
