As a building operator for Stober Group, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and functionality of various systems within our commercial building portfolio. From overseeing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems to managing electrical and plumbing infrastructure, your role encompasses a diverse range of tasks aimed at optimizing the safety, comfort, and efficiency of the building environment. Required Skills
· Extensive facility maintenance experience
· Experience with CMMS {Computerized Maintenance Management System}
· Experience with Building Management Systems {specifically Honeywell}
· Experience with condensing boilers, heat pumps, air handling equipment, pumps, heat exchange in a large commercial environment
· Experience with record keeping and documentation of all preventive maintenance duties and task
· Highly personable and professional dealing with tenants and others within an A class facility
· Willingness to train all other junior and new staff
· Ability to make their employment obligations a number 1 priority

Qualifications
· Power Engineer
· Red seal endorsement Plumber, HVAC, Electrician
Duties: Including but not limited to
· Daily rounds and readings on all mechanical equipment
· Preventive maintenance task and record keeping at a professional level
· Daily hands-on role, inspecting and repairing all mechanical equipment along with all other working and moving parts within a large facility at a senior trade level
· Mechanical room inspections for proper operation, organization, and cleanliness
· Designing scope of work, standard operating, and emergency operating procedures for all tasks within a large mechanical environment
· Attending to daily work orders, inspection, repairs, and detailed reporting
· Work with safety is number 1 mindset
· Attending weekly safety meetings and providing input in all areas to provide a well rounded and safe workplace for yourself and all other team members
· Willingness to take training to be current in your education and trade certification
