Operations Assistant

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail oriented Operations Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist our Director of Operations in driving business growth and revenue through effective site visits and data entry. If you are passionate about ensuring quality, growth, and have an eye for detail, this role is perfect for you.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct site visits around Ottawa, Ontario and surrounding areas (ability to drive is mandatory, all fuel expenses are covered by the company in addition to your rate).
• Work closely with the Director of Operations and Sales Director to collect site data for new and existing projects (e.g., measurements, pictures, quantities, conditions, etc.); meet with clients in person to provide site walkthroughs and assess final quality to ensure client satisfaction; visit sites to check on contractor status.
• Maintain communication with Director of Operations to support with with data collection, data entry, and correspondance.
• Act as liaison between Director of Operations and Clients/Contractors when necessary
• Organizational skills are mandatory; ability to work with a computer to relay data effectively (entire google suite).

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 10 - 15 per week

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
