Railing Installer / Laborer

Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The Laborer will assist in the shop with grinding, minor welding (if qualified), and general shop duties. Additionally, this role involves supporting our lead installer at job sites to install our products.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the shop with grinding and preparing materials.
• Perform minor welding tasks, if skilled.
• Support lead installer at job sites.
• Load and unload materials and equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized shop and work area.

Requirements:

• Experience in a shop or construction environment preferred.
• Basic welding skills are a plus.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials.
• Willingness to learn and take direction.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
