The Store Manager will be responsible for effectively training employees to handle various tasks, assisting customers in finding the right product and maximizing profits across all departments of the store. We're seeking an experienced professional with a proven sales record who has a knack for giving personal attention to each customer.
Responsibilities:
- Managing Store Operations: You are responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store.
- Sales and Customer Service: Your primary goal is to drive sales and meet sales targets. You will lead your team in providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their inquiries, and promoting telecom products and services.
- Staff Management: You will hire, train, and supervise the store staff. This involves setting performance goals, providing ongoing coaching and feedback, conducting performance evaluations, and addressing any performance issues or conflicts.
- Inventory Management: You will monitor inventory levels, track product movement, and place orders for replenishment as needed. Efficient inventory management ensures that customers have access to the products they need and minimizes stockouts or overstock situations.
- Visual Merchandising: You will oversee the layout and presentation of products in the store.
- Sales Analysis and Reporting: You will analyze sales data and generate reports to assess store performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. This information will help you develop strategies to increase sales and improve overall store profitability.
- Compliance and Security: It is your responsibility to ensure that the store complies with all relevant regulations and policies. This includes adhering to telecom industry standards, implementing security measures to protect store assets, and maintaining customer privacy.
- Continuous Improvement: As a store manager, you should constantly seek opportunities to improve store operations, enhance customer experience, and optimize sales performance. This may involve implementing process improvements, identifying training needs, and staying updated with industry trends and new technologies.

Pay: $19.00-$24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 34 – 44 per week
