An Office Assistant will play a important role in providing support to General Manager. This position involves a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the college.
Responsibilities:
Deliver support to Management to smooth running of college operations.
Provide general administrative and clerical support to the team.
Prepare and format various correspondence and documents.
Answer incoming phone calls, schedule meetings, and assist visitors.
Handle inquiries and requests via phone, email, and mail in a polite and professional manner.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office area.
Perform additional duties as directed by the Senior Management Team.
Requirements and Qualifications:
A graduate from an accredited University or College.
Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a related occupation.
Proficiency in using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint & Outlook).
Familiarity with integrated telephone systems.
Minimum typing speed of 50 words per minute.
