Bar Manager Roles & Responsibilities∙ Oversees staff, including bartenders and porters

∙ Places orders and maintains inventory on a weekly basis

∙ Assist with hiring and training new bartenders

∙ Coordinate with management team about special events and planning

∙ Learn and build all cocktails by following our recipes, and ensuring consistency for every drink made, while ensuring the bar team is adhering to the recipes and standards set in our recipe guide. Minimize drink garnish waste.

∙ Learn closing duties such as running closing reports, cash handling, and breaking down the bar

∙ Use great customer service skills to create amazing guest experiences for guests at the bar, and in the restaurant

∙ Identify cost saving measures and communicate those to the Assistant General Manager

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$21.50 per hour

Expected hours: 26 – 40 per week
