What are your contributions to the team?
- Manage a team of 10 people.
- Develop a 10-year industry forecast for new aircraft, Certified Pre-Owned aircraft, Defense, & Aftermarket and accurately determine market share for each category.
- Share Competitive and Customer insights and Market Intelligence across the organization.
- Carry out market analysis to support various teams and departments within Bombardier.
- Analyze Business Jet market trends across business cycles.
- Generate sales leads for the Aftermarket and the Certified Pre-Owned teams.
- Maintain key databases, reports, and dashboards for the business.
- Represent Bombardier at key industry events.
- Lead marketing research projects and support business cases for the launch of new aircraft, products and services.
- Provide pricing recommendations to the leadership team.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators of the industry.
- Present key market findings and analyses to the Senior Leadership Team
How to thrive in this role?
- You have at least a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s Degree preferred.
- You have at least ten (10) years of relevant working experience.
- You have more than five (5) years of experience in people management.
- You are rigorous, persistent, innovative, detail oriented and like working with people.
- You possess solid statistical analysis and economic modeling skills and capable of building forecasting models.
- You are skilled in presenting and communicating information.
- You are an expert in using the MS Office suite (including Access and Excel).
- You are well aware of macroeconomics and geopolitical context.
- You possess knowledge of statistical software (SAS, SPSS, STATA, R, etc.).
- You possess knowledge of BI software (PowerBI, Alteryx, etc).
- You have Aviation industry experience and product knowledge.
- You are Bilingual (French and English).
- You are based or are willing to relocate to Montreal, Canada
