Job Summary
We are currently seeking Aircraft Maintenance Engineers AME M, AME S, and Trainee candidates to join our team. As an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME), you will be responsible for performing a wide range of duties related to aircraft maintenance and repair. Major Responsibilities & Duties
- Check condition of aircraft and engines, make necessary repairs and adjustments
- Ensure all repairs, modifications or replacements are performed in accordance with approved maintenance procedures
- Ensure all paperwork, documentation and reporting associated with a repair is completed accurately and in accordance with regulations, standards and procedures
- Be familiar with and ensure that all workplace conduct is in accordance with safety and security policies and procedures
- May direct the work of a number of Air Mechanics and other staff
- May be required to fly with aircraft as flight engineer
- Perform other duties as required
Core Skills
- Good communication skills: fluent English is required
- Basic computer skills: word processing, spreadsheet and database programs
- Specific knowledge of manufacturing, maintenance, repair and modification of aircraft or systems and components
- Ability to ensure that approved standards are maintained
- Safe work practices and techniques
Training & Experience
Education:
- Certificate in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering
Experience:
- experience performing AME duties of minimum 6 months
