Legal Assistant

Buset LLP has established a reputation as one of Northern Ontario’s leading law firms. Due to our expanding needs, we are seeking a full-time qualified legal assistant with experience in the areas of corporate and business law. The position is ideal for an individual who has a desire for a high level of responsibility and wishes to be an integral member of our growing team.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Soluno and MinuteBox;
• Ability to prepare initial drafts of correspondence, corporate resolutions and agreements;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Strong organization and file management skills;
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and work efficiently under stress;
• Experience with Teraview and the PPSR system is preferred.
