We are looking to expand our Membership Support team, this team is made up of driven, customer-oriented agents who are obsessed with Member safety.
As a work from home Associate, you will need a hardwired high speed internet connection, and a dedicated distraction free work space or office. Your schedule will vary and you will be scheduled for stat holidays and weekends. Breaks and lunches are scheduled (no flexibility). This position is set to start November 1, 2024.

Position Details
Our Membership Support team is made up of driven, customer-oriented Associates who are obsessed with Member safety. The Membership Support Agent is multi skilled and responsible for receiving inbound telephone inquiries and concerns from our Members and resolving various issues. This role involves navigating through numerous systems to facilitate the resolution of Member requests. All Support Associates are expected to provide exceptional customer service while meeting and exceeding all internal quality standards and KPI's. This opportunity is a full time work from home opportunity. The hours of operation for this role are Monday to Saturday 8-8 and Sunday from 9-6. Scheduling is based on seniority, with a shift bid system that includes scheduling associates to work one in every 3 weekends.
Job Requirements
- Completion of post-secondary education
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Demonstrate ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Genuine empathetic communication style
- Ability to adjust working shift with 24hours notice
- Ability to adapt to a changing work environment
