We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sporting Goods Associate to join our team. As a Sporting Goods Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the right sporting goods products and providing exceptional customer service. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail environment and contribute to the success of our store.

```Responsibilities```
- Assist customers in locating and selecting sporting goods products
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stock shelves and ensure merchandise is properly displayed
- Assist with inventory management and restocking
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

```Requirements```
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred
- Strong selling skills with the ability to upsell products
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Knowledge of sporting goods products is beneficial, but not required
- Professional phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.50-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
