Sales Associate

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, customer-centric approach and willingness to learn.

Duties:

- Engage with customers to provide a positive shopping experience
- Assist customers in finding products that meet their needs
- Process transactions accurately using cash handling procedures
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Utilize phone etiquette to handle customer inquiries and follow-ups
- Upsell products to increase sales revenue
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor

Skills:

- Strong social media skills

-basic computer skills

- Proficiency in technical sales techniques
- Experience with cash handling procedures
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Ability to conduct product demos effectively
- Strong background in retail sales
- Basic math skills for processing transactions
- Excellent sales and customer service skills
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary, Casual, Seasonal

Pay: From $17.40 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 40 per week
