Nestled amongst the lush greenery of Riding Mountain National Park lies Elkhorn Resort Spa and Conference centre and soon to be home of our Klar So Nordic Spa.
A state-of-the-art spa featuring steam sauna, dry sauna, hot tubs and cold plunge, to name but a few.
We are looking for an energetic, down to earth, unique individual to fill the term position of Spa Manager.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage performance targets and analysis of weekly, monthly and annual goals and strategy to increase retention and satisfaction.
- Ensure consistent spa experience development, to ensure that innovation and uniqueness are maintained
- Develop and implement marketing strategies focused on achieving goals, client acquisition, and internal referrals.
- Ensure the Spa operating procedures and policies are implemented and updated as required.
- Set team member schedules.
- Manage the daily operations and liaise with Spa Team Members to ensure cleanliness and maintenance are maintained. Keep the team motivated and guide them to a high standard of service
- Develop and implement Spa promotions and other marketing activities to maximize the Spa’s position in our market.
- Actively recruit, interview, hire, train and evaluate Spa Team Members as required.
- Research and respond to client and Team Member concerns in a diplomatic, professional and timely manner.
- Model the brand, values, and lifestyle and maintain a professional image at all times.
- Build an effective network within the spa, the Resort and within the local market.
- Set the standard for retail sales and perform various sales functions as required.
- Be knowledgeable with all product lines, treatments and promotions.
- Maintain adequate product inventory levels and oversee inventory ordering.
- Actively participates in and attends all required meetings.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Must be highly organized with a proven track-record of meeting and achieving goals/targets
- Must have excellent diplomacy, communication, interpersonal and team-building skills
- Must be self-motivated and have excellent time management skills
- Must be computer proficient and possess cost control skills
- Must be sales and results oriented
- Must be able to prioritize, multi-task and have creative problem-solving skills

Pay: $24.00-$27.00 per hour
