B2B ACCOUNT MANAGER

As part of the sales force, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by managing key accounts and cultivating new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction.
• Identify potential new clients through market research, networking, and referrals.
• Present product offerings tailored to the specific needs of each client.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and terms of service effectively.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams including marketing, production, and logistics to ensure seamless delivery of products/services.
• Monitor industry trends to stay informed about competitive landscape changes.
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as an account manager or similar position in B2B sales
• Strong understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) software,
• Excellent communication skills both written & verbal are required alongwith 4 .Abilityto work independently as well collaboratively across departments
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
• 4 years of external sales experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation
