Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction.
Identify potential new clients through market research, networking, and referrals.
Present product offerings tailored to the specific needs of each client.
Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and terms of service effectively.
Collaborate closely with internal teams including marketing, production, and logistics to ensure seamless delivery of products/services.
Monitor industry trends to stay informed about competitive landscape changes.
Requirements
Proven experience as an account manager or similar position in B2B sales
Strong understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) software,
Excellent communication skills both written & verbal are required alongwith 4 .Abilityto work independently as well collaboratively across departments
Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
4 years of external sales experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Driver’s license and reliable transportation
