Reporting to the Senior Manager, Supported Housing & Client Services, the Project Coordinator will support Housing
Access and Support Services (HASS) program’s Food Security Fund and other client support grant funds by collaborating
with appropriate HASS Senior Managers and Philanthropy & Communications’ team, Employment and Training Services
and other stakeholders in carrying out project activities such as the evaluation of program performance, including the
oversight of data collection, client registration, management and distribution of benefits, while reporting to the HASS
director and Philanthropy & Communications’ team to assist with funder reports.

The incumbent will ensure equity, diversity, inclusion, and accessibility (EDIA) will be at the core of program evaluation
work and demonstrate familiarity with health equity principles.

What You Will Do:

  • Ensuring effective and timely delivery of project activities & facilitation of evaluation activities.
  • Evaluate the project to ensure that objectives are met and make changes to its daily running based on project
deliverables.
  • Develops promotional materials as needed.
  • To collect and keep up to date project information and utilize information collected to develop evaluation and
project improvement.
  • To respond to requests from clients & other project stakeholders, by providing the most accurate information.
  • To provide resources and be able to disseminate the information in such a way that is clear for the clients and
stakeholders.
  • Recruit and register clients for the program and follow up through the project timelines.
  • Coordinate, facilitate and conduct pre and post evaluation activities.
  • Develop tracking and dissemination of food vouchers.
  • Provide information about the project to clients and service providers.
  • To participate in PMT meetings, work groups, and take meeting minutes, while following up on action items.
  • Submit project reports on a timely basis.
  • To participate in supervision, establish individual and team goals, and participate in evaluations.
  • To monitor workload and maintain up to date records.
  • Establish and maintain good working relationships with colleagues both in the HASS and other partners both
internally and externally.
  • Develop data gathering for meaningful interpretation in order to provide accurate information for program
decisions and potential research initiatives. In addition, seeks out evaluative indicators for the teams to
implement and monitor.
  • Maintains close working relations with other departments for joint decision-making and problem solving.
  • Perform other responsibilities and duties as assigned by the program manager and/or PMT.

What You Bring to the Team:
  • Bachelor's degree in social work or equivalence field and extensive experience relevant to the primary duties of
the position.
  • At least 2-years’ experience in a project coordination role.

  • Familiarity with survey design and implementation is an asset.
  • Experience with data visualization software and developing narrative and key messages based on data insights is
required.
  • Familiarity with Quality Improvement (QI) processes and activities.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage, organize, and synthesize quantitative, qualitative data.
  • Have the ability to plan, prioritize, and execute action items in a timely manner.

perspective.
  • Possesses high-level skills that enable effective work at the individual, program and systems-level.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills.
  • Highly developed understanding of and proven ability to communicate appropriate professional boundaries.
  • Highly developed ability to plan and prioritize work.
  • A clear understanding of PHIPA and other relevant privacy legislation that is related to being a custodian of health
information.


Compensation and Benefits:

  • For the Project Coordinator, HASS, Fred Victor offers a salary range of $$58,636.50 - $64,759.50 per year.
