Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to meet sales targets and increase revenue
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers
  • Process orders, handle returns, and manage customer accounts

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or High school Diploma equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a talent for building relationships and connecting with potential clients
  • Comfortable working with sales targets and performance metrics
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for identifying opportunities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Previous experience in sales or a related field is a plus, but not mandatory
