What we offer:
This position is responsible for providing information, advice and assistance to workers and dependents in their claims for workers compensation from the Workers Compensation Board of Prince Edward Island. The Worker Advisor provides independent and specialized legal advice, support, and representation for workers and their dependents on Internal Reconsiderations, appeals to the Workers Compensation Appeal Tribunal, as well as appeals to the Court of Appeal.
